With over 25 years of hands-on experience in Information Technology, I'm not just writing about theory—I'm sharing solutions that have been tested in the field, refined through challenges, and proven across diverse organizational environments.
My Journey
My technology career began in 1997 with Ghana Telecom Company Ltd, where I provided nationwide IT infrastructure support and contributed to establishing Care4u centers across Ghana. Since then, I've had the privilege of working with leading organizations including:
- Vodafone Ghana - Managing IT assets and leading field technician teams
- Huawei Technologies - Specializing in fiber optics and telecommunications infrastructure
- Chirano Gold Mines - Supporting critical mining software and enterprise systems
- Core Construction Limited - Currently serving as IT Manager, overseeing complete IT infrastructure
Throughout my career, I've designed secure networks, managed enterprise servers, implemented Active Directory infrastructures, performed fiber installations for major telecom providers, and solved countless technical challenges that businesses face daily.
My Expertise
I bring a comprehensive skill set that spans the entire IT ecosystem:
- Network Infrastructure: Cisco Certified with extensive experience in fiber design, implementation, and telecommunications
- System Administration: Windows Server environments (2003-2016), Microsoft Exchange Server, Active Directory, DNS, and Group Policy management
- Cybersecurity: Practical experience in implementing security protocols, troubleshooting vulnerabilities, and protecting organizational assets
- Database Management: Oracle 11g, SQL, and enterprise data systems
